Winter Park takes it’s unofficial title of Colorado’s Favorite Ski Resort seriously by taking care of their customers– of which last year topped the one million mark.
The mountain is big, very big, with a good mix of terrain. Memorable off-piste steeps, some say the best moguls fields found anywhere, a good selection of more mild cruisers, and powder– lots and lots of powder. Did I mention 450 in. of the white stuff a year?
The friendly attitude gives you the feeling they care, and they prove it with programs such as the Disabled Symposium, Kids Karnivals, and the National Women’s Ski and Snowboard Week (see schedule of events).
